Enterprise executive leading administrative infrastructure, compliance governance, HR and labor oversight, contracts, grants, risk management, budgets, and workforce systems across a community health organization. Chairs the Executive Compliance Committee, reports to the board, coordinates cross-functional compliance domains, and represents the organization with South Bay government, funders, public health agencies, and community stakeholders. Maintains independence from medical billing and revenue-cycle operations while supporting strategic growth and community health initiatives.

Entry-level trainee supporting soap manufacturing from material preparation through packaging. Responsibilities include operating and calibrating production machinery, following work orders, measuring ingredients, monitoring quality, handling materials and inventory, packing products, reporting equipment issues, assisting with maintenance, and maintaining a clean, safe facility. The role also includes job-readiness training, teamwork, site travel, and occasional evening or weekend events.

Coordinate workforce program administration including pre-enrollment screening, orientations, policy trainings, timesheet and file reviews, vendor verification, outreach to employers, job fair coordination, documentation and reporting, and general administrative support to ensure compliance and timely payment processing.

Coordinate community outreach by engaging barbershops/salons, manage barber health coach training and volunteer-run blood pressure screenings, oversee referrals and scheduling, track participant data and medical charts, support care navigation to primary care, create marketing/outreach/training materials, and evaluate program performance through surveys and focus groups.

Manage and supervise Health Navigators delivering trauma-informed, patient-centered services. Oversee scheduling, quality assurance, program compliance, budgeting, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure timely, effective service delivery.

Deliver and evaluate equity-driven training for Community Health Workers and workforce development programs, facilitate CHW classroom curriculum and Mental Health First Aid certification, integrate Medi-Cal/MAA and mandatory reporting literacy, maintain trainee records, and collaborate with subject matter experts to adapt instruction for community health contexts.

Provide accounts receivable and donor/grant revenue accounting support for a nonprofit: invoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, bank deposits, month/year-end close assistance, reporting, collections, compliance with grant/donor restrictions, data management in accounting and fundraising systems, and support for audits and process improvements.

Manage and administer workforce development programs: ensure compliance, track participant and staff data, analyze reimbursement and leveraging metrics, develop program evaluation and policies, coordinate projects and vendors, support staff training, reporting, budgeting, QA, and funder communications. On-site role with Bay Area travel.
