Lead the Algorithms engineering team responsible for RoomPriceGenie’s pricing, forecasting, and data pipeline systems. Own delivery, reliability, technical quality, hiring, performance management, and team development. Partner with Product to shape priorities, validate outcomes through backtesting and quality metrics, and drive engineering improvements across the organization. Provide architectural guidance, design and code reviews, and occasional hands-on support while building a high-performing, accountable team.

Own and evolve RoomPriceGenie’s visual identity, direct high-impact brand and social creative, and establish consistent brand standards across channels. Build AI-powered design systems, prompt libraries, generative models, and self-serve templates that enable teams to create on-brand work independently. Partner with Product, Content, Demand, executives, and freelance creatives while maintaining quality, brand fidelity, and creative distinction.

Lead and grow a small UX design and research function, set strategic vision and standards, advocate for design at leadership level, raise design maturity, enable AI in workflows, coach and develop designers and researchers, and establish scalable systems like design systems and playbooks.

Own regional partner pipeline and revenue targets across DACH, sourcing and developing resellers, consultants, integration partners, hotel groups, and referral partners. Manage global partner accounts, reactivate dormant partners, forecast revenue, maintain HubSpot and Introw data, provide market intelligence, and coordinate co-marketing and account activities. The role requires outbound business development, strong German proficiency, CRM discipline, and familiarity with hospitality technology partnerships.

Identify and engage hotel decision-makers through outbound calls, uncover business needs, pitch RoomPriceGenie, and qualify prospects for sales demos. Track outreach in HubSpot, apply local market insights, monitor hospitality trends and competitors, and collaborate with management to improve customer journey processes. The role also contributes ideas to support startup growth and requires strong communication, organization, empathy, and customer-focused sales skills.

Manage technical support and integrations for a B2B SaaS hospitality platform. Coordinate API and integration issue resolution between customers, technology partners, and internal teams; support partner onboarding, pilots, and launches; maintain integration documentation; uphold quality standards; interpret JSON/XML logs; and communicate technical solutions clearly. The role requires hotel technology knowledge, customer focus, strong communication, attention to detail, and English fluency while working in the Australian time zone.
