As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at RoomPriceGenie, you'll develop user-facing applications using React and TypeScript, collaborating on backend systems with Python/Django, focusing on performance and usability.

Lead and grow a small UX design and research function, set strategic vision and standards, advocate for design at leadership level, raise design maturity, enable AI in workflows, coach and develop designers and researchers, and establish scalable systems like design systems and playbooks.

Lead a team of engineers to develop data-intensive systems, drive technical direction, and improve engineering processes while maintaining hands-on involvement in code and architecture discussions.
