Owns construction, maintenance, and turnover pricing across markets. Manages the price book, benchmarks rates, expands flat-rate pricing, negotiates national supplier agreements, monitors invoice adherence, and drives rebates and discounts. Partners with Vendor Programs, Construction, Finance, Product, and BI to build dashboards and AI workflows that automate pricing upkeep, identify outliers, and improve cost efficiency and customer retention.

Own legal operations, contract lifecycle management, agreement triage, templates, repositories, outside counsel billing, legal spend, corporate governance, cap table maintenance, transaction support, and claims and litigation coordination. Administer legal technology, build operational dashboards, improve workflows through automation, and partner with Finance, Accounting, People Operations, Compliance, and business teams.

Manage rental-property delinquency and eviction cases, including resident communications, payment plans, legal coordination, recordkeeping, trend analysis, reporting, and compliance with local laws. Partner with property management and legal teams to reduce delinquency, support resident retention, and improve payment processes. Provide training, attend court proceedings as needed, and travel quarterly within the assigned territory.

Owns legal operations, contract lifecycle workflows, agreement triage, records management, legal spend and outside counsel billing. Supports corporate governance, entity management, transactions, litigation claims, document collection, and legal technology administration. Builds dashboards, templates, playbooks, and automation while partnering with Finance, Accounting, People Operations, Compliance, and business teams. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong corporate paralegal and legal operations experience.
