Own full-cycle recruiting for Operations, managing high-volume trades hiring and mid-level operations searches. Partner with hiring managers, run intake, coach interviewers, provide market intelligence, drive process improvements, and contribute to broader recruiting initiatives.

Manage day-to-day field hospitality operations for a zone of short-term rental homes: ensure homes are clean, stocked, and guest-ready; lead housekeepers; coordinate with guest experience and maintenance teams; handle owner relations and issue resolution; support training, process improvement, and cross-zone coverage.
