Manage rental-property delinquency and eviction cases, including resident communications, payment plans, legal coordination, recordkeeping, trend analysis, reporting, and compliance with local laws. Partner with property management and legal teams to reduce delinquency, support resident retention, and improve payment processes. Provide training, attend court proceedings as needed, and travel quarterly within the assigned territory.

Owns legal operations, contract lifecycle workflows, agreement triage, records management, legal spend and outside counsel billing. Supports corporate governance, entity management, transactions, litigation claims, document collection, and legal technology administration. Builds dashboards, templates, playbooks, and automation while partnering with Finance, Accounting, People Operations, Compliance, and business teams. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong corporate paralegal and legal operations experience.

Leads accounts payable, procurement, corporate accounting, payroll and benefits accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, monthly close, cash reporting, and GAAP financial reporting. Manages a small accounting team, partners cross-functionally, improves processes, and implements AI-driven automation to accelerate close activities and improve accuracy. Requires hands-on accounting leadership, US GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience with AP, procurement, and financial reporting.
