Resolves customer software support cases within SLAs, troubleshoots technical issues, provides product guidance, and builds client relationships supporting renewals. Maintains knowledge base content and collaborates with Engineering, QA, and Product on complex or recurring issues. Uses AI-assisted tools and basic SQL to research solutions, escalating issues appropriately while increasing self-sufficiency over time.

Lead content orchestration and distribution to grow inbound pipeline. Manage a small creative pod, run podcast/webinar-to-content engine, execute email and paid campaigns in HubSpot, optimize SEO/AEO, and hand off qualified leads to SDRs while tracking sourced revenue.
