Architect scalable database schemas, lead cloud migrations and modernization on AWS, drive performance tuning, HA/DR, data quality, security, observability, and AI-augmented workflows. Mentor engineers, set standards, and build data pipelines, lakes/warehouses, and monitoring to ensure fast, reliable, and secure data for product and analytics.

Define and own quality strategy across engineering teams, champion shift-left practices, build automation and AI-assisted testing tooling, coach engineers and QA analysts, partner with Product and Engineering leadership, and measure quality improvements to reduce defects, flakiness, and cycle time.
