Define and own quality strategy across engineering teams, champion shift-left practices, build automation and AI-assisted testing tooling, coach engineers and QA analysts, partner with Product and Engineering leadership, and measure quality improvements to reduce defects, flakiness, and cycle time.

This role involves handling escalated technical support cases, troubleshooting complex issues, and leading technical guidance for the support team, while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Own the design, performance, and reliability of RTA's data layer. Architect scalable database schemas, lead cloud migrations and modernization on AWS, drive performance tuning, HA/DR, data quality, security, observability, and AI-augmented workflows. Mentor engineers, set standards, and build data pipelines, lakes/warehouses, and monitoring to ensure fast, reliable, and secure data for product and analytics.
