Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, provide excellent customer service, explain financing/leasing options, follow up on leads, and generate business through networking and community events. Bilingual Spanish/English fluency required.

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets, develop and implement sales strategies, analyze sales data and market trends, maintain customer relationships, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to increase revenue.

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, provide exceptional customer service, explain financing options, follow up with leads, and complete sales transactions. New hires receive salary-based training, mentor pairing, and may transition to commission-based pay.
