Serve as the welcoming face and voice: greet visitors, answer and route calls, manage appointment scheduling and calendars, perform basic administrative tasks, and maintain a tidy front desk.

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, provide excellent customer service, explain financing/leasing options, follow up on leads, and generate business through networking and community events. Bilingual Spanish/English fluency required.

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets, develop and implement sales strategies, analyze sales data and market trends, maintain customer relationships, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to increase revenue.
