Design and implement recruiting strategies, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding and orientation, maintain employee and recruiting records, ensure legal compliance with state HR requirements, produce recruiting reports, and support HR Coordinator with confidential matters and projects.

Supervise ILS/SLS/AST educators to implement Individual Service Plans, conduct functional assessments, perform quality assurance and case management, communicate with Regional Centers and departments, complete incident reporting, and support consumer independence through training, advocacy, documentation, and scheduling.

Supervise ILS/SLS/AST educators to implement Individual Service Plans that increase independence for adults with developmental disabilities. Conduct functional assessments, ensure authorizations, perform quality assurance calls and documentation, coordinate with Regional Centers and intake teams, attend IPP meetings, submit incident reports, and recommend service improvements and training.

Supervise and implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA guidance, oversee and coach Behavior Technicians/RBTs, conduct assessments, update individualized programs, provide parent training, ensure documentation and billable hour compliance, design training materials, and support hiring and performance management.

Oversee and ensure quality of clinical ABA services, supervise and train BCBAs, case supervisors, and behavior technicians, develop and audit behavior intervention plans and FBAs, provide supervision and direct observation, implement clinical training and compliance, maintain BACB standards, manage documentation and billable hours, and support agency growth and community relationships.

Assist Payroll Director with day-to-day payroll administration and act as backup for payroll processing. Verify timecards, resolve discrepancies, communicate with employees, generate reports, upload documents, research payroll inquiries, and support payroll clerk. Maintain confidentiality and comply with federal and state requirements. On-site in Goodyear, AZ; 40 hours/week with variable hours including weekends/holidays.

Supervise Case Specialists and direct staff to implement treatment plans using applied behavior analysis for individuals with developmental disabilities. Ensure quality assurance, maintain client authorizations, coordinate evaluations and incident reporting, reduce waitlists, collaborate with recruiting and clinical teams, document progress, and advocate with governmental agencies to promote client independence and vocational/social goals.

Provide substitute supported-living services to adults with developmental disabilities by implementing IPP/ISP goals, promoting independence, assisting with daily living tasks, monitoring health and budgeting, documenting sessions, attending meetings, and coordinating with regional centers and agencies.
