The Recruiter designs and implements recruiting strategies, sources and screens candidates, conducts interviews, manages onboarding, and prepares recruiting reports. The role coordinates orientations, training, documentation, background checks, employee files, and HR compliance while supporting the HR Coordinator and maintaining confidentiality. The Recruiter also promotes positive workplace culture and assists with administrative projects.

Design and execute recruiting strategies: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates; maintain recruiting systems and records; ensure legal compliance, background checks, and orientation; provide recruiting reports and support HR coordination.

Supervises service educators implementing Individual Service Plans for adults with developmental disabilities. Conducts functional assessments, monitors consumer progress and authorized service hours, performs quality assurance calls, maintains documentation, coordinates with Regional Centers and scheduling teams, supports consumer advocacy, participates in assessments and meetings, resolves service issues, submits incident reports, and develops training materials.
