Leads mechanical product design and development from concept through production release. Resolves complex design and manufacturing challenges, develops production capabilities and quality protocols, oversees testing and corrective actions, and guides engineers and technicians. Manages project timelines and supports cost reduction and process improvement initiatives for waterworks products.

Supports mechanical product and manufacturing-process design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and improvement under experienced-engineer guidance. Assists with production issue resolution, research and development, quality documentation, audits, production procedures, work instructions, QA matrices, bills of materials, feasibility studies, and technical support for production.

Leads complex, high-priority engineering projects from planning through delivery. Defines scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, resources, and success criteria; manages risks, issues, and changes; and coordinates cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. The role requires delivering ambiguous and large-scale projects on time, within scope, and within budget using formal project management methodologies.

Leads a team of 5–10 product engineers and manages multiple product lines from research and development through market release. Oversees design for manufacturing, production issue resolution, standards adherence, process improvement, cost reduction, ROI analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, marketing, and quality teams.

Leads a team of 15–20 engineers and technicians, sets strategic direction for multiple product lines, and oversees product development from concept through production. Drives innovation, process improvements, cost reduction, tooling and equipment ROI, manufacturing challenges, engineering standards, and cross-functional alignment with sales, operations, marketing, and quality teams.
