Manage sales across North Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma by building customer relationships, driving territory revenue, training distributors and end users, supporting warranty and troubleshooting needs, presenting products, attending conventions, and collaborating with internal sales, customer service, quotations, and engineering teams. The role requires extensive weekly travel, sales analysis, public speaking, territory management, and technical product learning.

Leads mechanical product design and development from concept through production release. Resolves complex design and manufacturing challenges, develops production capabilities and quality protocols, oversees testing and corrective actions, and guides engineers and technicians. Manages project timelines and supports cost reduction and process improvement initiatives for waterworks products.

Supports mechanical product and manufacturing-process design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and improvement under experienced-engineer guidance. Assists with production issue resolution, research and development, quality documentation, audits, production procedures, work instructions, QA matrices, bills of materials, feasibility studies, and technical support for production.
