Lead governance and quality of Finance master data, acting as primary data steward. Define policies, measure and improve data quality, partner with data owners, support reporting/forecasting, and drive continuous improvement and automation.

Lead delivery of a Control Account within submarine reactor programmes, managing cost, schedule, technical quality and earned value. Lead and coach multi‑functional teams, integrate across workstreams, manage budgets/EVM reporting, mitigate risks, and report performance to senior stakeholders.

Support engineering, projects and procurement teams to coordinate engineering-to-procurement transitions, raise and manage Coupa orders, track part status, maintain technical queries and change actions, and produce management/progress reports and business metrics to ensure timely delivery.
