Leads business modelling and pricing across Defence engine programmes, developing cost models, pricing strategies, profitability scenarios, and margin improvement initiatives. Partners with cross-functional teams on existing contracts and new campaigns, supports audits and regulatory reporting, maintains pricing standards, and manages and coaches the BM&P team.

Assess and improve the safety and reliability of civil aerospace propulsion systems across in-service products and new designs. Perform FMECA, fault tree, event tree, numerical risk, and human reliability analyses; investigate failures; develop safety cases; support certification and governance; influence engineering decisions; and improve safety methods, tools, and digital capabilities.

Lead Project Controls across a major capital infrastructure programme, establishing standards, governance, and integrated controls for schedule, cost, risk, change, forecasting, and performance. Provide independent assurance, executive insight, and constructive challenge across multiple projects. Develop project controls capability, improve processes and systems, integrate NEC contract requirements, identify emerging risks and dependencies, and support informed leadership decisions in a complex, regulated environment.
