Lead enterprise-wide GBS automation and AI programme, partnering with Global Process Owners to redesign processes, embed automation and generative AI, establish governance, prioritise investment, scale high-value use cases, and deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, controls, cost-to-serve and service performance.

Prepare price proposals and cost forecasts for defence engine programmes; support negotiations and contract reviews; coordinate cross-functional data, assess risks, and establish contract margins for financial reporting and improvement opportunities.

Provide in-service technical support for naval gas-turbine engines (Spey, WR-21, MT30), investigate and resolve operational issues, manage safety and regulatory compliance, influence lifecycle maturity and cost, prepare technical communications, and support cross-functional teams to maintain reliability and design intent.
