Lead systems engineering and nuclear safety substantiation for electrical systems across the SMR programme. Manage requirements, MBSE models, V&V strategies, and the Electrical Systems Safety Case. Coordinate with design, safety, regulatory teams and suppliers, lead an engineering team, produce technical substantiation, and engage external stakeholders and regulators.

Lead master data and PFEP development to support end-to-end logistics planning, scenario modelling and solution design. Ensure data integrity, govern assumptions and cost models, support logistics tenders, and integrate planning across engineering, construction and supply chain. Manage a team (~10) and large budgets (~£100m) to implement logistics strategies for first-of-a-kind and fleet deployments.
