Lead a small engineering team to plan, coordinate and deliver power station integration work packages for an SMR design. Define product-level design, manage requirements and plant-level attributes, apply systems engineering/MBSE methods, drive optioneering and trade-offs, resolve cross-system issues, and mentor engineers to meet programme delivery and quality standards.

Leads software development for engineering analysis, defining strategy, quality standards, governance, and technical direction. Manages a small software engineering team, oversees internal and supplier-developed tools, improves analysis workflows, and builds software capability through coaching and training. Collaborates with Digital and IT teams, external suppliers, regulators, and industry bodies, while shaping the adoption of AI and advanced digital methods in engineering analysis.

Provide commercial legal support by drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of commercial and supply-chain agreements (NDAs, MoUs, services, licensing). Advise stakeholders on contractual risk and compliance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare templates, legal research, and documentation, and support transactional and governance needs within a civil nuclear engineering and design business.
