Lead an Integrated Delivery Team to define and coordinate in‑containment construction strategy for reactor containment. Align engineering, construction, procurement and suppliers; develop programme plans, cost models, schedules, RACIs and interface maps; engage senior leadership; ensure regulatory and programme standards compliance; and optimise value across lifecycle and fleet deployment.

Lead a multidisciplinary core design team to develop and integrate reactor core solutions, manage technical governance, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, oversee programmes and supplier delivery, and drive continuous improvement while coaching and developing engineers.

Support customer commercial activities including preparing proposals, pricing summaries, negotiation materials, drafting and reviewing customer agreements, managing a shared inbox, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining governance, and improving commercial processes and templates.
