Lead supplier continuous improvement initiatives across regulated manufacturing environments. Assess supplier readiness and manufacturing maturity, develop capability frameworks and readiness programs, deliver training and improvement plans, and build supplier capability for cost, quality, and schedule performance. The role requires regular supplier travel, with possible international travel, and involves supporting production requirements within the nuclear energy sector.

Supports PMO risk management processes across the business by maintaining risk data and registers, administering risk systems, producing reports and dashboards, reviewing data quality, identifying trends, supporting risk workshops and action tracking, and providing guidance and training to stakeholders. The role contributes to continuous improvement in risk reporting and governance within a regulated nuclear industry environment.

Leads portfolio-wide risk management across complex programmes, developing teams, improving risk frameworks, overseeing RMIS, delivering executive reporting, and leading quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis. The role provides risk assurance, supports enterprise risk escalation, and advances data analytics and AI-enabled risk capabilities across engineering, infrastructure, and potentially nuclear programmes.
