Lead product-level design and integration of an SMR power station using systems engineering and MBSE. Translate high-level technical, safety and performance requirements into compliant, integrated plant designs; manage net power, availability and cost attributes; conduct requirements elicitation and decomposition; lead multi-discipline teams and drive optioneering to select compliant solutions.

Lead technical maturity and delivery for reactor assembly structures and components adjacent to the RPV. Define and govern design, analysis, manufacture and verification activities; manage cost, risk and schedule across multi-site programmes; and mentor engineers to produce safety‑critical, site‑ready solutions for nuclear reactor structures.
