Supports community service programs by assisting clients, reviewing and entering documents, maintaining confidential records, explaining eligibility and resources, coordinating with utility vendors, answering phones, greeting visitors, and completing administrative tasks. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, customer service, teamwork, professionalism, and occasional regional travel. This is a temporary six-month position based in Crowell, Texas.

Provide face-to-face and remote coaching to early learning programs to attain/maintain Texas Rising Star certification; develop CQIPs, deliver professional development, maintain provider files and contracts, perform data entry, implement corrective actions, liaise with partners, and travel regionally for trainings and evaluations.

Determine eligibility and enroll low-income families in childcare assistance, manage case files and data entry, authorize payments, handle redeterminations and terminations, provide customer service and referrals, ensure compliance with policies and confidentiality, and support outreach and provider quality initiatives.
