Lead school-wide marketing, communications, branding, and public relations. Partner with Admissions and Advancement to plan and execute campaigns, manage website, social media, publications, photography/video, event communications, crisis messaging, and media relations. Oversee communications team, budget, and quality control while supporting leadership on messaging, special projects, and community engagement.

Manage daily HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, HRIS configuration and audits, benefits administration, compliance (background checks, ACA/EEOC/OSHA filings), leave management, employee relations, training, reporting, and coordination with payroll/business office to support staff engagement and HR policy implementation.

Assist in executing the volleyball program's vision, develop student-athletes' skills, and support various athletic activities. Requires strong communication and commitment to the school's values.
