Leads athletic programming and operations in partnership with the Director of Athletics. Oversees student-athlete development, academic and NCAA eligibility support, coaches, scheduling, facilities, safety, budgets, communications, recruitment initiatives, and community partnerships. The role supervises contests and coaches, supports transitions across school divisions, manages stakeholder relationships, and promotes an inclusive, high-quality student-athlete experience.

Manages the school’s advancement database, constituent and gift records, data integrity, security, integrations, gift processing, reconciliations, reporting, and donor lists. Supports fundraising and alumnae relations through data analysis, reporting, staff training, documentation, and system projects. Maintains confidentiality and compliance while collaborating with the Business Office and other departments. This full-time, campus-based role may require occasional evening and weekend work.
