Develop and support enterprise application integrations, SQL Server databases, SSIS ETL processes, Power BI reports, REST APIs, and data migration solutions. Troubleshoot production integration, reporting, and data-quality issues; collaborate with stakeholders on technical requirements; and support documentation, deployment, and release activities. The role is remote and requires strong SQL, systems integration, business intelligence, and data-integration experience.

Processes customer orders from entry through delivery, manages customer communications, and resolves product, availability, pricing, and shipping issues. Maintains customer records and supports account management, retention, sales initiatives, and product information requests. Collaborates with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Creative, and other teams while researching technical product details and recommending substitutions.

Owns end-to-end execution of customer-driven custom product commercialization projects. Responsibilities include managing supplier communications and onboarding, defining product specifications, coordinating formulation cuttings, overseeing on-time commercialization, supporting sales training, and identifying new product opportunities with Sales. The role requires cross-functional collaboration across quality, supply chain, logistics, revenue management, marketing, and creative teams, combining tactical execution with strategic planning.

Analyzes customer pricing, bids, trade spend, rebates, sales trends, competitive information, and price history to support profitable commercial decisions. The role administers pricing across foodservice, retail, industrial, and international channels; models bid and program economics; recommends margin and volume tradeoffs; partners with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics; and develops repeatable pricing processes and strategic analyses.
