Owns end-to-end execution of customer-driven custom product commercialization projects. Responsibilities include managing supplier communications and onboarding, defining product specifications, coordinating formulation cuttings, overseeing on-time commercialization, supporting sales training, and identifying new product opportunities with Sales. The role requires cross-functional collaboration across quality, supply chain, logistics, revenue management, marketing, and creative teams, combining tactical execution with strategic planning.

Analyzes customer pricing, bids, trade spend, rebates, sales trends, competitive information, and price history to support profitable commercial decisions. The role administers pricing across foodservice, retail, industrial, and international channels; models bid and program economics; recommends margin and volume tradeoffs; partners with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics; and develops repeatable pricing processes and strategic analyses.

Supports international import logistics from supplier readiness through warehouse receipt. Tracks shipments, ETAs, customs holds, and delivery exceptions; reviews shipping documents; coordinates with brokers, carriers, suppliers, and warehouses; monitors accessorial costs; maintains landed-cost and shipment data in ERP systems; assists with invoice discrepancies, inventory issues, reporting, KPI tracking, and import process documentation.

Manage day-to-day collections and cash posting, reconcile and analyze customer deductions, research and resolve unapplied cash, correspond with customers to recover backups, issue credit memos, engage cross-functional teams to resolve disputes, and prepare reports on credit and collection matters.

Support employee lifecycle by administering leave of absence processes, onboarding (I-9/E-Verify), offboarding, compliance training, and HR administration. Serve as a People & Culture resource, maintain HR records and systems, coordinate with payroll and managers, and contribute to cross-functional projects to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Manage inventory and planning for assigned items across warehouses. Improve forecast accuracy, monitor purchase/transfer orders, produce Excel/BI reports (KPIs like safety stock, turns, fill rate), support cross-functional planning with sales and category teams, and run ad-hoc projects using Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
