Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and stakeholders to prioritize backlog, define user stories and technical requirements, ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and coordinate releases across Node.js microservices and a Vue 3 SSR frontend.

Own pricing strategy and analysis to support profitability. Perform order-level margin analysis, monitor landed costs and economic drivers, build pricing models, collaborate cross-functionally, provide scenario modeling and recommendations, and support budgeting and pricing updates.

Support manufacturing and distribution projects from concept to production by improving layouts, processes, and workflows. Maintain CAD floor plans, conduct time-and-motion studies, analyze operational data, support continuous improvement, assist with capital equipment evaluations, and partner with production teams to implement practical process improvements.
