Lead the Business Insights team to set analytics roadmap and KPI standards, own reporting architecture and data quality, manage analysts, and deliver end-to-end analyses across pricing, inventory, shipping, conversion, workforce, and sales. Own QBR materials, present business cases to senior leadership, and collaborate with Application Development to improve data pipelines and tooling. Hands-on work using SQL, R/Python, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling.

Lead end-to-end commercial analyses across pricing, inventory, shipping, marketing, and sales. Build forecasts, automated reports, and dashboards; partner with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Engineering to improve data pipelines and drive executive-ready recommendations.

Lead design and optimization of warehouse layouts, process flows, and material handling automation. Provide engineering support for safety, quality, and productivity; analyze data to identify improvements; support capital equipment purchases and production start-ups; collaborate cross-functionally on operational projects.
