Lead the firm's accounting and finance functions, oversee month-end/year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, internal controls, project profitability analysis, audits, and mentor the accounting team while partnering with executive and operational leaders to improve financial performance.

Prepare, edit, and maintain technical specifications for architectural, engineering, and interior design projects. Coordinate specifications with drawings and project teams, ensure code and standard compliance, perform QA/QC reviews, research products/methods, maintain master specifications, mentor staff, and support project delivery from proposal through construction.
