Lead and coordinate federal pursuit and proposal development (NAVFAC, USACE, VA). Craft compliant, compelling content and graphics, manage stakeholders and subconsultants, maintain Deltek CRM, support capture research, quality control, and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand and win rates.

Prepare, edit, and maintain technical specifications for architectural, engineering, and interior design projects. Coordinate specifications with drawings and project teams, ensure code and standard compliance, perform QA/QC reviews, research products/methods, maintain master specifications, mentor staff, and support project delivery from proposal through construction.
