Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and institutional partners, stewarding relationships and securing five- to seven-figure contributions. Develop engagement strategies, proposals, stewardship reports, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with program, finance, legal, and communications teams. Track pipelines and interactions in Salesforce and project systems, support team objectives, and represent RMI at conferences and partner meetings to advance fundraising and partnership goals.

Provide in-house legal support across RMI programs: draft, review, and negotiate contracts; advise on nonprofit governance, IP, data privacy, lobbying, antitrust, and compliance; develop policies and templates; manage subawards and outside counsel; work with finance on compliance; mitigate legal risk and support transactional matters.

Lead research and analysis on electric rate design and building electrification economics; manage projects, budgets, and 1–3 junior staff; maintain Python and Excel rate-analysis tools; engage stakeholders and regulators; produce reports, presentations, and support donor/client proposals and grant reporting.
