Serve as a strategic HR business partner to program and senior leaders, driving people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, change management, performance and compensation processes, DEI programs, people analytics, and leadership coaching. Coordinate across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, and Employee Experience to deliver solutions, monitor people metrics, and lead change initiatives to align talent with business priorities. Support recruitment as needed and influence long-term organizational and talent strategies to improve effectiveness and scalability.
