Provide administrative and accounts payable support to the Finance department including A/P data entry, vendor maintenance, 1099 processing, check and ACH processing, print/mail large check runs, enter client check requests, assist with audits and special projects, and cross-train on general data entry tasks while maintaining internal communications and confidentiality.

Lead strategy, operations, finances, compliance, and staff across Denver-funded IDDEAS programs. Serve as primary liaison to Denver Human Services, oversee performance, budgets, audits, and community/stakeholder relations, and supervise associate directors and senior program managers.

Conduct Part C developmental eligibility evaluations for infants and toddlers (birth–3) in-office, virtually, and in homes/daycares. Complete vision/hearing screens, write evaluation reports, communicate results and recommendations to families, collaborate with transdisciplinary team, and meet regulatory documentation standards.

Administers and monitors employee benefit programs including enrollments, COBRA, leave/disability/FMLA processing, vendor coordination, billing reconciliation, audits, plan analysis, process improvements, compliance, and employee benefits communication and support.

Provide peer support to clients transitioning from intensive behavioral health settings into the community. Conduct regular client contact, goal-setting, advocacy, skill-building, and education. Travel to treatment and community settings, document contacts, attend team meetings and supervision, and present educational programs as needed. Collaborate with treatment teams to support recovery.

Lead enterprise operations by translating strategy into execution, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and financially sustainable program delivery. Oversee operating model, governance, performance measurement, risk management, workforce capacity, stakeholder relations, and technology enablement while coaching senior leaders and supporting organizational culture and continuous improvement.

Provide Medicaid and state-funded long-term services case management: assess eligibility, complete in-person assessments and service plans, coordinate providers and resources, manage caseloads and prior authorizations, monitor incidents, and communicate with members and care teams to support community-based living.
