Produce chocolate and confectionery items following recipes and production standards. Support daily production flow, monitor quality, operate equipment safely, follow food-safety and sanitation rules, and communicate with leads to resolve production or ingredient issues.

Directs human resources programs, labor-law compliance, employee relations, staffing, performance management, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and succession planning. Advises executives and department heads, manages workplace disputes and harassment claims, supports safety and return-to-work initiatives, and participates in regulatory inspections and audits. Oversees benefits administration, employee evaluations, policy development, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Assist customers with product selection, demonstrations, and purchases; operate POS, process returns, maintain stock and store cleanliness, perform light food preparation, and meet sales and service goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Assist customers with purchases and product sampling, operate POS accurately, take and fulfill orders, stock and rotate inventory, prepare/store-made food per safety standards, maintain store cleanliness, and perform miscellaneous department tasks.
