Assist customers with purchases and product sampling, operate POS accurately, take and fulfill orders, stock and rotate inventory, prepare/store-made food per safety standards, maintain store cleanliness, and perform miscellaneous department tasks.

Provides customer service and sales support in a retail store by greeting customers, recommending merchandise, demonstrating products, processing purchases, returns, and exchanges, and operating the POS system. Retrieves and stocks merchandise, prepares store-made products, maintains a clean sales environment, and supports store goals through sampling and cross-selling. Requires reliable attendance, strong communication, payment handling, and the ability to stand, walk, lift, and follow cooking instructions.

Receives, inspects, verifies, labels, scans, stages, and stores inbound raw materials, packaging supplies, and customer returns. The role supports quality control inspections, follows FIFO and bin assignments, reports discrepancies, operates material-handling equipment, and maintains safe, clean warehouse areas. Basic computer, scanner, documentation, lifting, and communication skills are required, with forklift and man-lift certification obtained during employment.
