Supports the full employee lifecycle with primary responsibility for payroll processing, benefits administration, HRIS data management, compliance, employee records, leave administration, and reporting. The coordinator also assists with recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, engagement programs, and employee separations. This role serves as a first point of contact for payroll and benefits questions, reconciles payroll and benefits data, and maintains accurate confidential personnel information.

Manage the Virtual Design Construction team, lead BIM standards implementation, provide software training, and oversee coordination for large-scale projects.

Construction interns gain hands-on experience across building types and project delivery methods, work on active construction projects, complete daily responsibilities, receive training, and participate in volunteering and company networking. The role involves working in construction-site environments with PPE and exposure to weather, noise, moving vehicles, uneven and elevated surfaces, and other site hazards.

Support onboarding/offboarding by preparing and deploying laptops, iPads, and mobile devices; provision user accounts for SaaS apps; maintain hardware inventory; document workflows; assist with end-user support tickets and basic troubleshooting under IT Operations Manager.

Execute and enforce company safety programs across trades, fabrication shop, and construction projects. Conduct onsite safety assessments, lead training and meetings, maintain safety records, liaise with subcontractors and regulators, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement of safety culture and risk management.

Lead VDC/BIM coordination supporting pre-construction and project teams. Manage and analyze models, perform clash detection and coordination meetings, develop coordination models in Revit, conduct field QA/QC and site reports, assist with BIM contracts and close-out as-built models, and support implementation of VDC methodologies and related technologies.
