Greet visitors, answer and route phones, maintain confidentiality, perform secretarial tasks (mailings, thank-you notes, filing), keep reception area tidy, train volunteers, and support Mission spiritual activities. Provide backup admin support and follow safety/physical requirements.

Supervise evening operations for a residential recovery program: oversee residents during activities, meals, transport, medication distribution, conduct drug screening, complete logs and observations, secure wing nightly, assist with events and spiritual programming, and perform other assigned duties.

Prepare, validate, and report program data; improve data collection and reporting systems; train users on reports and dashboards; maintain SOPs and surveys; compile outcomes and provide weekly statistics and support for databases and third-party integrations.

Lead and manage all HR functions including policies, recruitment, benefits administration, performance evaluations, training, employee relations, payroll compliance, insurance and safety programs, and HR recordkeeping. Serve as primary HR advisor to leadership, handle unemployment claims and legal contacts, and promote the organization's faith-based mission and spiritual responsibilities.

Process donated merchandise by inspecting, cleaning, testing electronics, pricing and ticketing items, sizing and hanging clothing, and maintaining a steady flow of merchandise to the sales floor. Follow dress code, safe work practices, and participate in organization spiritual activities as required.

Lead finance and IT for a nonprofit, driving budgeting, audits, financial reporting, compliance, cash flow modeling, and investment oversight. Oversee IT infrastructure, security, disaster recovery, policies, vendor management, and digital transformation. Manage payroll, benefits, insurance, and provide strategic leadership, team development, and stakeholder communication to support organizational goals.

Supervise daily operations of the mens Life Recovery Program, manage staff and volunteers, facilitate Genesis groups and life-skills activities, ensure resident satisfaction and interdisciplinary care, prepare schedules and reports, assist with events and donor interactions, maintain facility standards, and support staff development and performance management.
