Supervise evening operations for a residential recovery program: oversee residents during activities, meals, transport, medication distribution, conduct drug screening, complete logs and observations, secure wing nightly, assist with events and spiritual programming, and perform other assigned duties.

Supervise daily operations of the mens Life Recovery Program, manage staff and volunteers, facilitate Genesis groups and life-skills activities, ensure resident satisfaction and interdisciplinary care, prepare schedules and reports, assist with events and donor interactions, maintain facility standards, and support staff development and performance management.

Oversee evening crisis program operations: supervise guest intake, meals, safety, and bunk checks; answer phones/door; document incidents; assist volunteers; assess and refer guests for physical, emotional, and spiritual needs; enforce program rules with compassion and provide spiritual support.
