Rocket Farm Studios is a Boston AI and app development company. Since 2008 we've shipped 100+ products across mobile, web, and AI, and the startups we've built with have raised more than $1B. We built the Hydrow app in six months (Hydrow has since raised $200M+), Yamaha's NoteStar, the world's largest iPad sheet music platform (6.97M users), Sermo's platform for 1.3M+ verified physicians, and the SDKs behind AdMeld and Motally, later acquired by Google and Nokia. We don't sell decks. We ship systems. Strategy, design, engineering, AI, and growth sit under one roof in small senior pods, and the team that scopes a product is the team that ships it. Our founders, Dan Katcher (CEO) and Daniel Rondeau (CTO), are on every active engagement. Our deepest work is in healthcare (HIPAA-compliant platforms for Sermo, Eyebot, and Harvard's Beiwe), connected fitness, and music and media. We're based in Needham, just outside Boston, and work with clients across the US, Canada, the UK, and EMEA.
