Source vehicles from service customers and past guests by identifying purchase or trade opportunities, negotiate purchase terms, coordinate with Sales, BDC, and Service teams, follow up with customers, and provide excellent customer service to ensure smooth acquisition-to-sale transitions.

Generate and handle inbound/outbound customer calls to create sales leads and appointments, deliver exceptional service, communicate clearly with customers, and support dealership sales goals. Requires prior call-center and sales experience, high energy, and strong interpersonal skills.

Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget. Provide problem-solving, friendly, customer-first guidance rather than hard selling. Maintain professional appearance, dependability, and a good driving record. Participate in training, work flexible hours, and support dealership sales and customer service goals.
