Issue and track serial numbers, data plates, stamps, and MRRs; update Epicor; scan and archive records; manage inventory of forms and supplies; retrieve documentation for internal departments; conduct audits and support production, repair station, engineering, and customer service.

Verify helicopter structural integrity via static stress, stiffness, stability, and fatigue analysis using hand calculations, FEA, and testing. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for rotorcraft, ensure compliance with aerospace standards, provide technical support, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead a combined Manufacturing, Industrial, and Continuous Improvement function to define, document, and control production processes for aircraft and subassemblies. Develop operation sheets, work instructions, routings, and standards; drive lean improvements, value stream mapping, time studies, and capacity analysis. Partner cross-functionally to remove constraints, improve throughput, quality, and labor efficiency, and mentor engineering and continuous improvement staff.
