The Tooling CNC Programmer/Machinist programs and operates CNC machinery to manufacture precision tooling and components for helicopter production, interpreting engineering drawings and applying precision machining techniques.

Verify helicopter structural integrity via static stress, stiffness, stability, and fatigue analysis using hand calculations, FEA, and testing. Plan and conduct component, assembly, and flight tests, analyze data, determine loads with other engineers, ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 27, and recommend design improvements while developing tools and processes to improve quality.

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for rotorcraft, ensure compliance with aerospace standards, provide technical support, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
