Develop and execute public relations strategies supporting corporate priorities, product launches, trade shows, and business growth. Build media and executive relationships, create corporate narratives and communications content, manage crisis messaging, coordinate cross-functional communications, and measure program performance. The role requires strong writing, media relations, project management, and technical storytelling skills, with on-site work in Torrance and occasional travel.

Own and improve Robinson’s web platform, Azure environment, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, databases, monitoring, security, and enterprise integrations. Build and operate Next.js and Strapi applications across environments, automate releases with GitHub Actions and Docker, integrate Shopify and Epicor Kinetic, and manage reliability, incident response, access controls, documentation, and production readiness. Partner with business teams to deliver secure, scalable digital solutions.

The Electrical Systems and Equipment Engineer designs, validates, and certifies electrical systems for rotorcraft applications, overseeing prototype development and conducting various tests to ensure compliance with specifications.

The System Safety Engineer ensures safety objectives are achieved through design, testing, and certification of aircraft systems. Responsibilities include developing safety assessments, coordinating with internal and external groups, and mentoring junior engineers.

The Design Engineer - Mechanical Systems designs, develops, and verifies helicopter mechanical systems, ensuring safety, weight, and cost objectives are met.

The CNC Mill Programmer develops and refines CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, interprets blueprints, troubleshoots machinery, and collaborates with engineers for production accuracy and efficiency.

The Sustaining Engineer conducts investigations, proposes resolutions, implements design changes, analyzes data, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

The Design Engineer - Airframe designs, develops, and verifies helicopter airframe structures, ensuring safety, weight, and cost objectives are met through various analysis and testing stages.

Design and develop helicopter seating from concept to production, including structures, mechanisms, foam and covers. Perform human factors, EA system design to meet 14 CFR 27.562, run LS-DYNA and MADYMO simulations, lead prototype manufacturing, plan and conduct lab/ground/flight tests, work with suppliers, and ensure certification and customer requirements are met.

The Tooling CNC Programmer/Machinist programs and operates CNC machinery to manufacture precision tooling and components for helicopter production, interpreting engineering drawings and applying precision machining techniques.

Verify helicopter structural integrity via static stress, stiffness, stability, and fatigue analysis using hand calculations, FEA, and testing. Plan and conduct component, assembly, and flight tests, analyze data, determine loads with other engineers, ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 27, and recommend design improvements while developing tools and processes to improve quality.

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for rotorcraft, ensure compliance with aerospace standards, provide technical support, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead a combined Manufacturing, Industrial, and Continuous Improvement function to define, document, and control production processes for aircraft and subassemblies. Develop operation sheets, work instructions, routings, and standards; drive lean improvements, value stream mapping, time studies, and capacity analysis. Partner cross-functionally to remove constraints, improve throughput, quality, and labor efficiency, and mentor engineering and continuous improvement staff.
