Leads daily Accounts Payable operations and a team of up to three employees in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Processes invoices, manages payment cycles, cash forecasting, vendor controls, fraud prevention, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, 1099 reporting, and month-end close activities. Partners with internal departments, suppliers, banks, and auditors while driving AP automation, workflow improvements, reporting, and control enhancements.

Develops and executes physical tests supporting helicopter product development, validation, certification, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include test strategy, procedures, fixtures, instrumentation, data analysis, troubleshooting, safety, configuration management, facility oversight, compliance audits, and mentoring. The role requires collaboration with engineering stakeholders and hands-on work across hardware, software, controls, and test systems.

Engineering Interns support helicopter component and assembly design, analysis, testing, prototyping, validation, certification, and manufacturing activities. They conduct research and technical analysis, create CAD design definitions, verify regulatory and design requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present project outcomes. The role provides hands-on experience alongside experienced aerospace engineers.
