Serves as the primary relationship contact for assigned commercial habitational accounts, driving client retention and growth. Presents risk management strategies, annual plans, and risk control options; identifies client needs and recommends carrier resources and best practices. Acts as renewal liaison for the producer’s broader book, coordinating with account managers, clients, property managers, and insureds to ensure marketing and renewal activities remain on track.

Manages commercial insurance accounts from onboarding through renewals, cancellations, billing support, endorsements, proposals, and client service. Supports Producer activities, helps retain existing accounts, and assists with new business production. The role requires a current Property and Casualty license, commercial lines experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EPIC. This is a hybrid, non-sales account management position.
