Manages commercial insurance accounts from onboarding through renewals, cancellations, billing support, endorsements, proposals, and client service. Supports Producer activities, helps retain existing accounts, and assists with new business production. The role requires a current Property and Casualty license, commercial lines experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EPIC. This is a hybrid, non-sales account management position.
