Lead system-level reliability for modular robotic platforms: define multi-year test roadmaps, translate field data into design and maintenance changes, perform RBD modeling and statistical life analyses, run FMEA/FMEDA sessions, and enforce reliability requirements during design reviews.

Own and develop embedded C/C++ safety software for an Intel-based safety controller, maintain certified Safety PLC applications, apply functional safety standards, author certification artifacts, liaise with TÜV and manage external development partners.
