Lead a full-stack software and machine learning team developing the intelligence layer for autonomous industrial robots. Responsibilities include overseeing ML training and AI inference, Linux-based industrial interfaces, engineering quality, CI/CD, automated testing, applied research, technical architecture, team development, product alignment, and operational metrics. The role translates physical AI and robotics advances into reliable, scalable products for factory environments.

Leads a team of approximately six robotic sales engineers, coaching performance, assigning technical resources, and supporting quota attainment. Oversees opportunity qualification, requirements workshops, feasibility reviews, customer handoffs, and strategic deal execution. Partners with Sales, Solutions Development, and Product to improve processes, tools, KPIs, and customer outcomes. Acts as a hands-on technical escalation point for complex opportunities and travels approximately 30% of the time.
