Supports day-to-day robot production operations, inspects non-conforming modules, and leads continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and OEE. Creates and maintains assembly work instructions and training documentation, supports quality assurance and maintenance activities, develops FMEAs and executes risk-mitigation actions, and assists with production trials and cross-functional changes.

Lead end-to-end robotics service and support operations across the US. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on industrial robotic machinery, debug Python code, work with PLCs and machine communication protocols, and document bugs and field requirements for European engineering teams. Build customer relationships, manage escalations independently, and drive product and service improvements through field insights.

Work directly with the CEO to execute high-priority cross-functional initiatives from planning through completion. Responsibilities include preparing investor, customer, and leadership sessions; coordinating teams and sites; managing multiple workstreams; resolving bottlenecks; and establishing KPIs, dashboards, playbooks, ownership, and progress-tracking processes. The role requires strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills in a fast-growing robotics company.
