The Head of People & Culture will develop and execute RobCo's people strategy, scale hiring, and enhance performance systems while partnering with the C-suite on organizational development.

Manage daily Austin office operations, vendors, inventory, and space planning; coordinate onboarding, interviews, and travel logistics; plan team events and culture activities; and partner with global People & Culture to support local people operations and candidate/employee experience.

Lead and execute global PR and communications strategy, shape company narrative and executive visibility, manage media relations and external agencies, support US expansion and investor communications, and partner cross-functionally on messaging and employer branding.
