Teams at RobCo

Develop and optimize backend application logic, automation nodes, and orchestration workflows in Python. Collaborate with international teams, provide Level 3 technical support, and troubleshoot deployments on robotic hardware. Bridge software and hardware, prototype/test sensor integrations and robot arm workflows, and maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.

Build RobCo's partner marketing function end-to-end: define strategy per partner tier, create co-marketing assets and guidelines (German & English), implement tracking and reporting tied to pipeline, manage partner relationships, represent RobCo at events, and collaborate cross-functionally to feed partner insights into marketing and product.

Manage marketing systems, ensure CRM and database hygiene, own lead uploads/routing and scoring, build automation and nurture workflows, maintain tracking/UTM and attribution reporting, create dashboards and performance reports, administer CMS and marketing tools, and collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations.
