The role is in-office and requires confidentiality when handling non-public deal information.

Serves as the firm’s front-desk point of contact by welcoming visitors, managing calls, coordinating conference rooms, handling mail and deliveries, and supporting visitor access. Provides administrative assistance with scheduling, travel arrangements, office supplies, catering, meetings, events, and special projects. Requires strong communication, organization, discretion, professionalism, reliability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and standard office technology. This is a fully onsite role in Atlanta.

Supports finance operations for employee investment vehicles, including capital and carried interest reporting, capital call and distribution calculations, investor account statements, database reconciliation, compensation processes, and management company FP&A. The role also assists employee investors, responds to inquiries, supports budgeting and forecasting, and maintains finance systems while handling confidential information.
