Coach, mentor and develop entry-level consultants through cross-training in business development, HR, advertising, marketing, sales, recruitment, PR and social media. Support client-facing brand work, travel occasionally, participate in paid training and ongoing mentorship, and perform varied tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.

Support brand and experiential promotions by setting up and analysing marketing and event campaigns, creating content and reports, assisting with CRM and customer research, and performing administrative and data-analysis tasks to help drive client brand teams.

Support brand and retail-facing marketing activities: research consumer passion points, build partnerships, run promotional and consumer acquisition activities, attend client meetings, coach and develop marketing and sales teams, handle storytelling and event planning, and support internal staff organization and social events.
