Support the migration to Braze, maintain templates and campaign documentation, conduct QA and A/B testing, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with copy, design, product, and data teams.

Own Roamless’s end-to-end influencer marketing program across priority markets, including creator discovery, outreach, evaluation, negotiation, campaign briefing, relationship management, and agency oversight. Track creator funnel performance, attribution, deep links, promo codes, ROI, and incrementality. Mentor an influencer marketing intern, manage creator partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and help build the function from scratch in a remote startup environment.

Responsibilities include creator sourcing, outreach, negotiation, campaign briefing, relationship management, agency oversight, attribution, deep-link and promo-code tracking, ROI measurement, and weekly funnel reporting. The role also mentors an intern and evaluates creator fit and incrementality. This is a fully remote, hands-on individual contributor position requiring strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and creator-platform expertise.
