Hands-on engineer to own and evolve enterprise voice, CCaaS, and real-time network systems. Lead Cisco UC and Teams Voice migrations, stabilize and optimize Five9/Zoom/NICE contact center platforms, troubleshoot across endpoint-network-platform-carrier layers, drive automation, monitoring, and security-aligned scalable infrastructure.

Own and execute integrated B2B marketing programs to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support revenue. Build and optimize campaigns across digital, email, paid media, social, and events; manage marketing automation and CRM integrations; produce executive reporting and KPI dashboards; create high-impact content and enable sales with targeted tools and messaging. Collaborate cross-functionally, manage vendors, and support recruitment marketing for driver hiring.

Provide day-to-day administration, support, and troubleshooting for third-party enterprise applications.
