Leads end-to-end service center operations across pickup and delivery, dock, linehaul, OS&D, and administrative functions. Manages performance metrics, costs, labor, compliance, safety, and regulatory readiness while developing high-performing teams. Coordinates with corporate stakeholders, contractors, sales teams, and service providers to resolve escalations and improve network reliability, service quality, throughput, and profitability.

Provides administrative and operational support for inbound and outbound freight operations. Coordinates driver check-ins, manifests, documentation, customer delivery communications, and OS&D exception resolution. Maintains accurate records, supports data entry and reporting, escalates workflow issues, and assists operations leadership with cross-functional administrative needs. The role requires strong organization, communication, Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced onsite terminal environment.

Supervise dock operations, assign work, and ensure freight is safely moved, staged, secured, and loaded on schedule. Enforce safety, hazardous materials, forklift, and freight-handling standards; resolve exceptions; reduce damage and rehandling; and improve dock workflows. Coach and develop dock personnel, track operational metrics, coordinate with dispatch and operations teams, and maintain shift-level accountability for throughput, safety, quality, and customer outcomes.
