Coordinates daily linehaul freight movement, load planning, carrier and independent contractor utilization, transportation capacity, rate negotiations, and service performance. Monitors network execution, cost, routing, and asset utilization while resolving disruptions and implementing recovery plans. Collaborates with dispatch, service centers, customer service, contractors, and operations leadership to maintain reliable, safe, and efficient freight transportation. Supports reporting, continuous improvement, and operational initiatives.

Creates and executes multi-channel marketing content across digital, print, social, video, events, website, and internal communications. Manages CMS updates, social scheduling, landing pages, campaign coordination, marketing calendars, vendors, budgets, and project systems. Produces recruitment, customer, owner-operator, and culture content while maintaining brand consistency. Uses AI and automation to streamline production and improves processes in a fast-moving, onsite environment.

Supervise daily LTL dock and terminal operations, including load planning, freight handling, routing, linehaul coordination, and forklift support. Monitor costs, labor utilization, billing, payroll, and workflow performance while maintaining safety, hazardous-materials, freight-security, and regulatory compliance. Lead, coach, and evaluate frontline teams; coordinate with drivers, contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders; resolve operational issues and improve service quality, shipment integrity, profitability, and network efficiency.
