Creates and executes multi-channel marketing content across digital, print, social, video, events, website, and internal communications. Manages CMS updates, social scheduling, landing pages, campaign coordination, marketing calendars, vendors, budgets, and project systems. Produces recruitment, customer, owner-operator, and culture content while maintaining brand consistency. Uses AI and automation to streamline production and improves processes in a fast-moving, onsite environment.

Leads end-to-end service center operations across pickup and delivery, dock, linehaul, OS&D, and administrative functions. Manages performance metrics, labor and revenue drivers, cost control, regulatory compliance, safety, and escalations. Recruits, trains, and develops teams while coordinating with corporate stakeholders, contractors, service centers, sales teams, and external partners to improve network performance and service reliability.

Supervise daily LTL dock and terminal operations, including load planning, freight handling, routing, linehaul coordination, and forklift support. Monitor costs, labor utilization, billing, payroll, and workflow performance while maintaining safety, hazardous-materials, freight-security, and regulatory compliance. Lead, coach, and evaluate frontline teams; coordinate with drivers, contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders; resolve operational issues and improve service quality, shipment integrity, profitability, and network efficiency.
