The Account Executive will drive profitable 3PL revenue growth by prospecting, managing pipelines, converting new business, and expanding customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing pricing strategies, managing contracts, protecting margins, coordinating with operations, resolving service issues, supporting collections, and serving as the primary commercial contact for territory accounts. The role requires frequent customer engagement, independent execution, strong negotiation skills, and overnight travel of up to 50%.

Manages paid digital campaigns across Google and Meta, including targeting, bidding, budgets, creative testing, tracking, and optimization. Maintains the WordPress website, SEO, landing pages, email campaigns, CRM workflows, and lead-nurturing programs. Analyzes performance across paid media, web, and email channels; builds reports and dashboards; and recommends improvements to conversion rates, lead quality, and marketing efficiency. Collaborates with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, IT, and external partners in an onsite role.

Lead hands-on software design and development for scalable .NET services and web applications on Azure. Modernize legacy systems, design APIs and integrations, improve CI/CD, testing, observability, and secure coding practices, and mentor engineers. Collaborate with operations and business leaders to solve freight-related challenges through software while contributing to technical direction and engineering standards.
