Manages paid digital campaigns across Google and Meta, including targeting, bidding, budgets, creative testing, tracking, and optimization. Maintains the WordPress website, SEO, landing pages, email campaigns, CRM workflows, and lead-nurturing programs. Analyzes performance across paid media, web, and email channels; builds reports and dashboards; and recommends improvements to conversion rates, lead quality, and marketing efficiency. Collaborates with Sales, Recruiting, Operations, IT, and external partners in an onsite role.

Collaborate with operations and business leaders to solve freight-related challenges through software while contributing to technical direction and engineering standards.

Leads end-user engineering and support across endpoint management, Microsoft 365, identity services, service desk operations, executive support, asset management, and employee lifecycle processes. Manages technical teams, resolves complex escalations, improves ITSM practices, drives automation and self-service, strengthens endpoint security and compliance, manages vendors and technology costs, and uses operational metrics to eliminate root causes and improve service quality.
