Wendy’s Team Member provides customer service to franchise customers during the second shift. The manager creates a positive work environment, maintains service quality, places orders, and supports daily restaurant performance.

Manages daily convenience-store and quick-service restaurant operations, including customer service, employee hiring and leadership, point-of-sale operations, cash and inventory control, merchandise stocking, ordering, vendor interaction, and store cleanliness. The Co-Manager helps create a positive work environment and supports efficient, friendly service for customers.

Coordinates fuel supply, inventory, deliveries, sourcing, carrier and supplier relationships, freight reconciliation, and cost reporting for retail locations and wholesale customers. Maintains ERP/PDI data accuracy, analyzes pricing and logistics performance, prepares dashboards and executive presentations, supports supply strategy, and participates in nightly and weekend supply rotations.

Manage daily convenience-store operations, including customer service, employee hiring and leadership, point-of-sale transactions, cash and inventory security, merchandise stocking, ordering, vendor engagement, and cleanliness. Manage daily fuel supply and logistics for retail and wholesale customers, including inventory reconciliation, delivery scheduling, supplier and carrier coordination, cost and pricing analysis, ERP/PDI data accuracy, and executive reporting. Support nightly supply sourcing rotation, prepare analytics and presentations, and assist with special projects to ensure efficient, cost-effective fuel operations.

Manage daily Dickey's operations: hire and lead staff, prepare food, operate POS, safeguard cash and inventory, enforce food safety and cleanliness, and deliver fast, friendly customer service.

Prepare site, building, equipment and sign layout drawings for new and renovated travel centers using AutoCAD LT and Adobe tools. Perform field measurements, develop equipment lists, prepare bid packages and graphic layouts, manage digital files, coordinate with multiple departments and agencies, and support project procurement and executive review.
