Provide operational leadership for a 24/7 shelter: oversee guest intake, bed and property management, incident response, and staff supervision. Ensure trauma-informed, housing-focused services, coordinate with partners, manage administrative reporting, support staff development, and maintain safe, accessible shelter operations.

Receive, sort, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages; maintain mailroom and supplies; support Housing Advocates with deliveries, filing, tours, and front-desk duties; lead weekly clean team; provide trauma-informed customer service; follow safety protocols and attend required trainings.

Serve as the agency's front‑desk welcoming point of contact, manage multi-line phones, maintain reception security, process mail and supplies, provide administrative support to executives, coordinate employee events and newsletters, and ensure trauma-informed, safe, and organized reception operations. Attend mandatory trainings and participate in emergency drills while supporting daily office logistics and customer service.
