Provide person-centered case management to chronically homeless adults: conduct assessments, crisis intervention, goal setting, housing placement support, outreach, and coordination with community partners. Maintain records, attend trainings and meetings, transport clients, and promote housing stability using trauma-informed, housing-focused, and harm-reduction approaches.

Serve as the agency's front‑desk welcoming point of contact, manage multi-line phones, maintain reception security, process mail and supplies, provide administrative support to executives, coordinate employee events and newsletters, and ensure trauma-informed, safe, and organized reception operations. Attend mandatory trainings and participate in emergency drills while supporting daily office logistics and customer service.
