Relocate to and manage active project sites across the Southeast region.

Lead and coordinate preconstruction efforts to meet budget and constructability goals: estimate costs, solicit and evaluate bids, develop take-offs, manage preconstruction schedules and budgets, drive value engineering, perform constructability reviews, select and coordinate subcontractors, mitigate risks, and prepare turnover to operations.

Support recruiting logistics, onboarding, orientation, early talent programs, and employee engagement. Coordinate interviews, maintain HRIS records, assist career fair and internship programming, prepare onboarding materials, greet new hires, and help employees find resources. Act as a connector between candidates, hiring managers, and People Team stakeholders to ensure organized, responsive, and positive experiences across the employee lifecycle.

Erect and assemble structural and miscellaneous steel for buildings, bridges, and PEMBs. Operate cranes, hoists, and rigging; read blueprints; assist with welding, cutting, and bolting. Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, inspect and maintain tools and rigging, and travel regionally to job sites as needed.

Serve as the CEO's right-hand to protect and orchestrate the CEO's time, prepare strategic briefs, capture and close follow-up actions, and systematize top relationships so they can be delegated and transferred.
