Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support across Windows devices, Microsoft 365, identity systems, endpoints, mobile devices, networking, and business applications. Manages tickets, employee onboarding and offboarding, access administration, device deployment, asset records, security procedures, documentation, and basic user training. Supports offices, jobsites, and subsidiary locations, escalates complex issues, and improves processes through automation, PowerShell, and responsible AI-assisted workflows.

Provides administrative and compliance support for subcontractor insurance and surety bond activities. Requests, reviews, tracks, and organizes certificates, endorsements, payment bonds, performance bonds, renewals, and related records. Coordinates with subcontractors, brokers, sureties, project teams, and legal stakeholders; follows up on deficiencies and outstanding items; prepares reports and checklists; supports audits, claims, bids, and subcontractor programs; protects confidential information and escalates issues to the Insurance Manager.

Manages construction risk programs covering insurance, bonding, subcontractor default insurance, prequalification, and RFP, bid, proposal, and contract reviews. Identifies project and subcontractor exposures, oversees compliance and documentation, coordinates issue resolution, manages reporting and claims administration, and provides recommendations to legal and executive stakeholders. Leads workflows, supports risk controls, develops team capability, and partners with Operations, Project Management, Accounting, Safety, and Insurance.

Coordinates recruiting activities from requisition approval through candidate selection and handoff to People Operations. Responsibilities include interview scheduling, candidate communication, sourcing, introductory screening, pipeline management, ATS administration, job postings, recruiting reports, workflow follow-up, and support for career fairs and recruiting initiatives. The role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, interview teams, and People Operations while maintaining accurate records and a professional candidate experience.

Leads People Operations as a strategic, hands-on business partner. Responsibilities include employee coaching, culture and engagement, compensation structures, HRIS data integrity, people analytics, employment-law compliance, investigations, leave administration, accommodations, records, reporting, and manager development. The role partners with leadership across a regional construction organization, identifies workforce risks, recommends solutions, and builds programs that improve retention, engagement, hiring, and employee experience.

Develop and maintain Power BI reports, semantic models, dashboards, and DAX/Power Query logic. Write SQL queries against Snowflake, support data modeling and quality, and implement governance, security, access controls, and documentation. Build workflow automations with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, explore AI-enabled capabilities, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions. Communicate insights, lead training, and support adoption of analytics products.

Provides legal counsel to construction self-perform divisions, focusing on drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, subcontracts, and purchase orders. Reviews insurance, indemnity, bonding, and damages risks; supports construction claims, liens, mediation, and document production. Establishes scalable contracting processes, collaborates with risk and insurance teams, advises on legal strategy, and delivers risk management training.

Lead planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout of construction projects. Serve as primary client contact, manage subcontractors, mitigate risks, ensure contract compliance, and partner with field teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Executes full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, including sourcing, resume review, phone screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, hiring decision support, and offer-stage handoff. Maintains candidate pipelines, ATS records, recruiting documentation, reports, and process trackers. Partners with hiring managers and People Operations, supports sourcing campaigns and recruiting events, provides a strong candidate experience, and identifies workflow improvements while managing multiple searches and competing priorities.
