Erect and assemble structural and miscellaneous steel for buildings, bridges, and PEMBs. Operate cranes, hoists, and rigging; read blueprints; assist with welding, cutting, and bolting. Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, inspect and maintain tools and rigging, and travel regionally to job sites as needed.

Lead RNGD's Industrial construction sector by defining strategy, building teams, and scaling operations. Drive business development, oversee complex project delivery (safety, schedule, quality, margin), manage sector financials and KPIs, support estimating and commercial strategy, and align sector goals with enterprise shared services.

Lead and enforce quality control processes across construction projects: develop procedures and checklists, perform site inspections and audits, ensure code and regulatory compliance, train teams and subcontractors, document findings, report metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead and coordinate preconstruction for commercial projects: manage schedules and milestones, perform constructability reviews, prepare detailed estimates, solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids, develop value-engineering alternatives, manage preconstruction budgets, lead preconstruction meetings, support client and design team communication, and identify and mitigate bid and scope risks to ensure projects meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
