Provides legal counsel to construction self-perform divisions, focusing on drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, subcontracts, and purchase orders. Reviews insurance, indemnity, bonding, and damages risks; supports construction claims, liens, mediation, and document production. Establishes scalable contracting processes, collaborates with risk and insurance teams, advises on legal strategy, and delivers risk management training.

Lead planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout of construction projects. Serve as primary client contact, manage subcontractors, mitigate risks, ensure contract compliance, and partner with field teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Support project delivery by managing schedules, owner billings, subcontractor coordination, contracts, quality control, and project financials. Drive process improvements, adopt enabling technologies, monitor KPIs, mitigate risk, and foster client, employee, and subcontractor relationships to meet safety, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
