Teams at RNGD

Installs, repairs, and maintains underground water, sewer, and storm drain piping. Performs trenching, bedding, backfilling, compaction, pipe alignment, and equipment operation while interpreting construction specifications. Supports site preparation, material handling, inspections, and crew coordination. Maintains safe, organized work areas and follows OSHA, PPE, excavation, and trenching requirements. The role requires physical labor in changing site conditions and may involve municipal, DOT, and large-scale civil construction projects.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support across Windows devices, Microsoft 365, identity systems, endpoints, mobile devices, networking, and business applications. Manages tickets, employee onboarding and offboarding, access administration, device deployment, asset records, security procedures, documentation, and basic user training. Supports offices, jobsites, and subsidiary locations, escalates complex issues, and improves processes through automation, PowerShell, and responsible AI-assisted workflows.

Coordinates architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models across construction projects. Performs clash detection with Navisworks, maintains model standards and version control, facilitates coordination meetings, tracks issue resolution, supports BIM Execution Plans, and assists with construction documentation and digital workflow improvements. Collaborates with design teams, consultants, trade partners, and project stakeholders to ensure accurate, interoperable, and constructible models.
