Designs structural systems, prepares calculations and construction documents, directs modeling and drafting, performs quality control, and supports project planning. Manages construction administration activities including RFIs, shop drawing reviews, site visits, and scope concerns. Coordinates independently with clients and project teams while contributing to continuous improvement, technical education, and engineering standards.

Leads full-funnel, multi-channel marketing performance and owns a $6–$10 million monthly P&L. Oversees traditional, digital, inside sales center, and non-traditional marketing leaders; manages lead-to-sale metrics, diagnoses performance issues, reallocates resources, and partners with Sales and Operations. Builds leadership bench strength, develops channel directors, drives conversion improvements, and establishes rigorous accountability and inspection practices.

Lead new business development and category growth for protein programs by partnering with sales and procurement, building value propositions, onboarding customers, managing supplier relationships, coordinating commercial operations, and using analytics to drive tonnage, sales, and conversion targets.
