Design end-to-end, standards-compliant telecom networks across IP/MPLS, Transmission, Fibre, and Radio. Produce HLD/LLD, schematics, BOMs and configs; validate inventory and capacity; act as technical lead through order lifecycle; collaborate with Planning, Provisioning, Build and Project teams; resolve design issues; maintain as-built records; conduct peer reviews; mentor junior designers; and drive continuous improvement while complying with HSE policies.

Design and implement Microsoft-stack applications, write and test code, perform peer code reviews, support releases and CI/CD, build/manage ETL data flows with FME, work with GIS tools, APIs and frontend technologies, and promote engineering best practices in an Agile environment.

Design and document outside plant (OSP) telecommunications networks using Optus live systems. Prepare area plans, detailed designs, field inspection reports, and approvals. Provision, modify and decommission services for direct line, multi-line, voice and IP-VPN products. Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of customer service orders, solicit feedback, and support process and design-rule improvements.

Lead sales efforts in Saudi Arabia: support bids/RFPs, represent company at events, assist marketing, provide active sales and account management, monitor market/opportunities, and grow client relationships.

Design and develop responsive, database-driven web and mobile applications using HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript and front-end frameworks. Create interactive prototypes, integrate with CMS (WordPress/Drupal), consume REST/SOAP APIs, maintain web servers, troubleshoot applications, work with XML/JSON/CSV data, and provide technical guidance to the web team.

Technical lead for Windows and Active Directory infrastructure: oversee daily operations, capacity planning, upgrades and migrations; design and redesign infrastructure; troubleshoot AD replication, Kerberos/NTLM, Azure AD/Connect; manage DNS/DHCP/PKI/ADFS/DFSR/AD CS; create SOPs and ISMS documentation; automate with PowerShell; support application deployments; manage endpoint tooling (ManageEngine) and Linux administration; handle escalations, change control, incident and problem management.

Own approved network designs and deliver service activations across fibre, transport, and IP networks. Plan, configure, test, commission, and validate services; coordinate with field engineers, NOC, customers and vendors; perform troubleshooting, rollbacks, inventory updates, handovers, and post-activation support. Work shift patterns and contribute to process improvements and HSE compliance.

Perform impact and gap analysis for Apple Maps, design and monitor source staging workflows, execute and troubleshoot SQL in PostGIS, transform tabular and geospatial data, produce concise issue documentation, and support map editing and quality/delivery processes.

Coordinate onsite GIS activities between client and offshore team, track and review work allocation, resolve queries, maintain workflow and SLAs, prepare reports and meeting agendas, scan/print documents, and ensure timely onsite submissions.

Deliver and lead utility network data migration projects: consult clients, extract/transform/load data, map data models, develop ETL scripts, ensure data integrity, mentor team members, and support system integration.

Lead and motivate a team of 10–15 editors to meet delivery and quality targets for a map development program. Allocate work, define roles, track progress, run peer-review and reporting cycles, monitor performance and timekeeping, and escalate issues to Operations Manager.

Lead and manage 3D topographic/image processing projects: prepare project documentation and status reports, coordinate contractors and offshore teams, enforce QA/QC and business rules, conduct audits and feedback sessions, ensure timely deliverables and report progress to management.

Analyze climate and weather data, compute climatic indices, develop agro-meteorological products and drought early warning systems, assess drought/flood vulnerability for agriculture/livestock/water, perform crop yield damage assessment and crop-growth-model forecasts using statistical and crop-simulation modeling; perform independent statistical analyses. GIS skills desirable.

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and automate spatial data transformation workflows using FME. Ingest and convert GIS and tabular formats, run and debug SQL/PostGIS queries, manipulate databases with Python/R, manage assets in GitHub, and support large-scale digital map production and delivery for Apple Maps.
