Leads digitization teams and provides technical and operational support for records collection, scanning workflows, metadata, document indexing, quality control, reporting, training, and process improvement. Coordinates with clients and stakeholders, manages inventories and project timelines, monitors productivity and resource utilization, resolves operational issues, and ensures accurate, compliant, timely deliverables.

Design, build, train, deploy, and support enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions including LLM-based, multimodal, and geospatial models for document understanding, legal entity extraction, and automatic generation of geo-tagged polygons integrated with GIS platforms.

Design end-to-end, standards-compliant telecom networks across IP/MPLS, Transmission, Fibre, and Radio. Produce HLD/LLD, schematics, BOMs and configs; validate inventory and capacity; act as technical lead through order lifecycle; collaborate with Planning, Provisioning, Build and Project teams; resolve design issues; maintain as-built records; conduct peer reviews; mentor junior designers; and drive continuous improvement while complying with HSE policies.
