Lead business development and commercial growth in Australia for RMSI by identifying opportunities, developing proposals and RFP responses, cultivating client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue. Own strategic planning, market analysis, CRM-driven sales processes, cross-team collaboration, and KPI reporting to achieve market expansion and account growth in telecom engineering, Mapping/GIS, utility networks, and digital solutions.

Design and document outside and inside plant communications networks (area plans and detailed designs) per standards. Ensure timely, high-quality, and safe designs, identify and mitigate risks, provide feedback, and support process and design-rule improvements.

Design, build, train, deploy, and support enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions including LLM-based, multimodal, and geospatial models for document understanding, legal entity extraction, and automatic generation of geo-tagged polygons integrated with GIS platforms.
