Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Clean Architecture, TDD, and modern engineering practices. Build backend services with C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, microservices, and Python, alongside React or Blazor frontends. Administer tenant and vendor compliance across a commercial real estate portfolio. Responsibilities include collecting and reviewing Certificates of Insurance, contracts, leases, and other documentation; tracking compliance status and renewal dates; maintaining audit-ready records and internal systems; preparing reports; and communicating with tenants, vendors, property management, legal, risk management, and asset management teams.

Provides Level 1 support for Yardi Voyager and other business applications by managing tickets, troubleshooting issues, handling access requests, and escalating complex cases. Uses AI tools to assist with triage, identifies recurring patterns, creates documentation and self-service resources, and supports automation and system updates. The role also assists with user training, testing, data validation, and knowledge-base maintenance.

Leads and develops the data analytics team while owning the analytics strategy, roadmap, and self-service reporting capabilities. Designs Power BI dashboards, SSAS Tabular models, and SQL-based analytics solutions across enterprise data platforms. Partners with executives and stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, improve governance, and promote data-driven decisions. Drives AI-augmented analytics initiatives involving Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Azure OpenAI, predictive reporting, natural-language querying, and responsible AI practices.
